Flagler County is nestled on the upper east coast of Florida between world famous Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine. Flagler's climate ranges from a mild winter average of 64º F to a summer average of 84º F. These ideal temperatures allow you to pursue your favorite outdoor activities year round through a wealth of recreational possibilities. The largest city in the county is Palm Coast. Incorporated in 1999, it is home to over 50,000 residents and most of the area's businesses, shops and restaurants. To the south is Flagler Beach, a one-time sleepy fishing village that still retains much of its old-world charm. Here you'll discover great dining and curio shopping in an atmosphere reminiscent of seaside towns of the past. The county seat of Bunnell sits towards the west and houses most of the local government offices. It is also the agricultural center of the area producing vegetables, plants and livestock.
